The Muhlenberg Football Camp is a one day non-contact, skills teaching camp focusing on athletic testing, techniques, and competition.

Players will be given the college football experience by Head Coach Nate Milne and the Muhlenberg Football staff, who went 11-2 and made the NCAA quarterfinals. The Muhlenberg Football Camp will include an offensive and defensive practice. The camp will end with a competition period.

Camp activities are structured similar to our own practices at Muhlenberg. The participants will be taken through periods of offensive and defensive skill work emphasizing the football fundamentals needed to excel at his position. They will also be placed in competitive one on one drills involving blocking, running, receiving, and defending. The Muhlenberg Staff will provide personalized coaching throughout the entirety of the practice.

Who runs the Muhlenberg Football Camp?

Nate Milne who has been coaching for 15 years and the Muhlenberg football coaching staff will provide individual and group instruction. The coaches will emphasize fundamental skill development, athletic evaluation, and competition.

What do I need to bring to the camp?

Football helmets and cleats are required for camp. Sneakers, practice shorts, t-shirts, socks and supporters are also needed.

What if I do not a have a helmet?

Try to contact your high school coach and see if you can borrow equipment for the camp. If you do not have a helmet we will make it work. It will not be a problem. Please contact Greg DeLade if you have questions.

Are parents allowed to watch camp?

Yes. We encourage parents and family members to attend. Due to insurance reasons, it is mandatory that all non-participants remain in the stands during the camp session.

Will there be medical staff on site?

Yes. Fully qualified medical personnel will be on site. Our athletic training facility can handle first-responder concerns.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Safety is our #1 priority. In the event of severe weather (lightning/torrential rains), we must remain indoors until it passes. Therefore, be sure to BRING SNEAKERS with you for an indoor surface in case we have to move indoors.
